The dates of the courses are fixed. They are scheduled just before the official IE dates which PADI Europe is fixing every year.

However, the dates can be modified at the discretion of PADI. When there are not enough participants for a certain date, they can move the IE to another date. This can be even as late as two days before the scheduled date.
