There are plenty of accommodation and travel offers to fulfill your needs in order to follow our IDCs or other instructor courses at the best rate for you.

Nowadays, the best rates for packages (including flights, half board accommodation) are to be found either in the travel agencies near your home or on internet. Tour operators do get the best rates from airlines (charter or regular flight) and hotels and, in general, they also offer the shortest route to your destination. On request, we can provide you with a list of tour operators on internet that offer travel packages from your home to Hurghada.

On the other hand, tour operators might have departure and return flight on dates that are not matching the dates of the IDC course you would like to participate to. In such cases, we can always help you with alternative accommodation and flights. Please see below for more details.

As well, we can pick you up at Hurghada airport and bring you to your hotel and bring you back from your hotel to the airport on your departure date if necessary.

Those of you that do not stay in one of the hotels were the instructor courses are organized are picked up by our free transfer in the morning and brought back in the evening.

A 30 days visa is mandatory for Egypt. Either it is provided by your travel agent or you can buy it directly at the airport on arrival (around US$ 15 to pay in Euro, Swiss francs or US dollars). Your passport should be valid for at least six months from the date of entry.

In Egypt, Euros, Sterling pounds, Swiss francs and US dollars are generally welcomed everywhere. Money exchange is available in hotels, exchange offices and banks. Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Diners cards are accepted by hotels and can be used to get cash (in Egyptian Pounds only) in banks and at ATM machines.

Accommodation

For your accommodation during the course we can offer you a choice of hotels with different standards and prices, from cozy guesthouses to 5* resorts.

The best thing to do is to contact us for the rates as they are seasonal. We will give you the best rate based on the period and the hotel.

Flights

We cannot book a flight for you but we can give you our best personal travel tips and places on internet where to look first. If you have addresses you would like to share with us and future instructor candidates, please send them to us to be added to this list.
